I can't send short videos from my Iphone 6

I used to be able to send short compressed videos from my Iphone 4 and 5. Now I am unable to do this via email or Drop Box. What happened??!!

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1

We would need more information. What happens when you try to send video? Do you get an error message or does the attachment not go through? Are you able to send any other files to Dropbox or email like photos or PDF files? Are you having issues connecting to the Internet in general?

WHen I try to send an email the video gets stuck inmy outbox. The same happens with Drop Box. In ansr to your question about other Drop Box items getting a stuck in Drop Box, I don't really use it for anything else. All my other emails go thru fine. It's just the videos. And this has happened recently as a result of an App,e update to a more recent IOS version.
