Since the IOS 9.2.1 update Facebook crashes in both the app and Safari

Facebook app crashes when clicking on a link to read a news story. It does it both in the app and using Safari and Google. I have uninstalled the app twice and this has not fixed the issue. It only started a couple of days ago after I installed the IOS 9.2.1 update. Anyone else having issues?
