Email on a Second iPhone

I have an iPhone 6s which I sync with my iMac.

We are thinking of getting a second iPhone 6s for my wife.

Is there a way to set up this second phone so that it receives all the e-mail that I get on mine?

Yes, use your email address in her mail settings.

Chances are that your email does not does not actually sync from your iMac. The device (iMac, iPhone, iPad, etc...) retrieves the email from your provider (Yahoo, Gmail, iCloud, etc...). You can add the email account to as many devices as you want.
