Understanding diagnostics - Hardware/storage

Just ran a system report on my 2011 MacBook Pro and admit I really don't understand what the reports mean but am a bit concerned seeing Toshiba show up under the diagnostics for Hardware/Storage. Macintosh HD shows in the logical Volume Group but under Physical Volumes it shows

disk0s2 with a Device and Media name of TOSHIBA. Perhaps this is completely normal and I just never noticed it before; however, I'm now worrying that maybe I've been hacked? How do I find out what this is? Could it have been a flash drive I've used in the past but is no longer connected?

MacBook Pro (17-inch Early 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
