I've just received an Ipad mini (I won it), but when I write my Apple ID (or try to create a new one) the ipad re-start itself. I can't pass this configuration step...

So when I start the Ipad, I select my Wifi, and then I write my Aple ID and it re starts. I also try to create a new one, but at the end of all the process it also re starts. I also try to completely pass the ID thing but it re start at this moment... I don't know what to do, because I won it so I don't have a paper or something which says I bought it...
