iPhone 6s set up

I just got a new iPhone 6s and I'm trying to set it up from an iCloud backup. But it's been over 2 1/2 hours and the screen says "estimated time remaining 3 min" . Is something wrong? Can I stop this and just use the phone? Or can I speed things up?
