I bought a film and started watching it 2 days ago in german. Now I can just choose between english and chinese. Why?!

I bought a film and started watching it 2 days ago in german. Now I can just choose between english and chinese. Why?! (I did not change anything, audio language is still german and when I keep pressing the ok button I just can choose between chinese ans english.
