how to get my own vpn ?
I saw on youtube that vpn is free on all apple devices , so if true what is my own vpn?

Youtube is wrong.
VPN is a service that requires a 'VPN server', normally on the internet. You need to find a company to host that service (search for a 'VPN provider') - I do not know of any free providers & I would not trust free VPN services. A VPN server can see ALL your traffic, so you have to ask why would someone run one for free?
The only part that is vaguely close to being true is that you can connect to a VPN for free using iOS, however that is not the same as a 'free VPN server'.
