Using external Display HDCP compliant but cannot watch movie, how can I fix? (Dell U2413)

I am trying to watch a Movie on Netlix but it sends me an error message saying to ensure my monitor is HDCP compliant. I did that and it is (Dell U2413). What can I do to fix this?

Netflix tells me that it might not be approved by apple (the monitor), but it works fine for anything else.

I have an external display hooked up to my MBP Retina 15" Mid-2014 when I'm at home to the thunderbolt port .

If you want to place a NetFlix movie on your external monitor, make sure the netflix movie or other applications are not in full screen on your external monitor before moving the video tab to your screen.
