I've tried clearing my cache, and deleting my history; however, yahoo.com still won't load. What am I missing?

I can't get yahoo.com to open on my Mac. I've tried clearing my cache and deleting my history and reseting my computer, but it still won't load.

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

1. Delete Cookies


Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and other website data:


Click the “Details” button.

Remove all cookies except ones from Apple, your internet service provider and banks.


2. Disable Extensions and test.


Safari > Preferences > Extensions


Uncheck boxes beside “Enable Extension” and test.

Enable Extensions one by one and test.

To uninstall any extension, select it and click the “Uninstall” button.
