iphone contacts

Hey everyone!

I have a problem with my iphone that is driving me crazy! I realized that almost ALL my contacts had disappeared. I got pretty nervous so I installed the back up that I had made in my computer and my contacts appeared again. BUT, after some minutes, the contacts dissappeared AGAIN! What is the problem? What should I do?

PLEASE HELP!!
