Game Center app not responding

I have an iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 9.2. The Game Center app stays frozen on a white screen if I try to access it. If I try to access it through any games, I either get a message stating that I'm not signed in, or the game tries to load the app which results in a frozen white screen. If I go into Settings > Game Center, the menu stays highlighted, but it does not bring up the Game Center settings. I then have to use the home button to close out of the Settings app all together because it will freeze up as well.

The only thing I've changed is my Facebook account. I had to delete my old one, and create a new profile. Would this have any effects on the Game Center?
