iBook won't download

I purchased an iBook this morning and I can't get it to download onto my iPad Air 2. I was able to download it onto my phone and I could download other books onto my iPad but when I try to download this one it simply cycles from download to downloading and back. A few times it seemed to finally download but when I tapped the read button it went back to download.
