iTunes won't sync my iPhone, iPhoto error

When trying to sync my iPhone on my Mac, which has never been a problem, I keep getting an error message saying iPhoto library can't be accessed right now, try later. Very frustrated! Help! Just wanted to update my music playlists and it won't even let me turn off the sync photos section either.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.6), iphoto

Do you have move the iPhoto Library?

Hold down the (Option / Alt)-key and start Photo's.app.

Now there is a choice to open a iPhoto library, and select the iPhoto library.
