frozen on "slide to upgrade"

My Iphone6 is stuck on "slide to upgrade", what do I do to unfreeze it

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.7)

Thank you so much for the article, I did the update etc but have found it now gets stuck on the apple logo periodically..... and then I have to sign into my apple id to get it going after I hit the two buttons. I am thinking maybe I have a dud!
