AppStore isn't working
i I just reset the iPad with a new Apple ID . Even updated the latest update. Still when I click get for an app ..when I click the green download button nothing happened ... It goes back to get in a loop

I understand you're having a hard time with the App Store trying to download apps, and I'd be more than happy to help you figure this out! Let's try following the steps below:
Open Settings > Go to General > Tap Reset > Tap Reset Network Settings
Try signing out iCloud as well as iTunes & App Store. These guides are in the article I linked above. Specifically for this troubleshooting step check out the iCloud and iTunes, iBooks, and App Store section for steps on signing out and signing back in.

i followed the entire steps but no avail .....it still isn't working when I logged back with my Apple ID
