I understand you're having a hard time with the App Store trying to download apps, and I'd be more than happy to help you figure this out! Let's try following the steps below:
- Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
- Reset Network Settings
- Open Settings > Go to General > Tap Reset > Tap Reset Network Settings
- If prompted for a passcode, enter it then follow on screen directions.
- Open Settings > Go to General > Tap Reset > Tap Reset Network Settings
- Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
- Try signing out iCloud as well as iTunes & App Store. These guides are in the article I linked above. Specifically for this troubleshooting step check out the iCloud and iTunes, iBooks, and App Store section for steps on signing out and signing back in.

Go to itunes bottom of main page Email itunes support .
