An old apple Id(Email) sit on iphon for restoring

Question

Good days

while I just saw more capacity of others in my Itunes, I just decide to restore my iPhone.

after Restoring I faced to the oldest email as i Used on my Icloud and Itunes.

and now I cant use my new apple ID in my icloud nad my Iphone doesn't let me to sign in or deleting my account.
