Money deducted but cannot find the apps

Hi, we have redeemed the itune card but unable to find the package that we bought. Can someone help ?

What exactly did you buy, what 'package' ?


If it's an in-app purchase then have you contacted the developer of the app ? If they can't / won't help then contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


If an app then does it not show in the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your phone for downloading (assuming that it's compatible with iPhones and the iOS version that you have on it) ?
