I presume you are updating to iOS 9.2.1. It is 2.01 GB when downloaded and updated through iTunes.

Yes it is the newest(as far as I know) iOS, the 9.2. But thank you very much cleared everything up other then the fact that I don't know what the update is for exactly but my main concern mainly was memory usage. Thanks agai!!!
