can i clear total 5 gb data in i cloud !?
i had already used the free 5 gb data in i cloud and now can get it back by deleting all its backups or how to get it done !?

Yes you can, rather easily...
On the device itself open the "Settings" 'app' and scroll down to "iCloud."
Open that up, then select "Storage" then "Manage Storage."
This will show you precisely how your space is being used at the moment, and allow you to edit, delete, etc.
Obviously you're likely to be asked for your AppleID password at some point during this process... But it's as easy as that!
