Why I get an unexpected error while generating an Apple Remote Desktop 3.8 client software?

Hi,

I am using Apple Remote Desktop 3.8 and want to generate a ARD client for a remote Mac.

While saving the client software after assistant walkthrough the process aborts with the following message:

An unexpected error occurred. A necessary component was not found. It seems the software was not installed correctly.

(Translated from German)

I re-installed ARD 3.8 from Apple Store und the message appears again.

What can be the error and how can I solve the problem?
