How Can I Resit My ID Password

I made my apple id long ago. i cant remember the questions and answers i typed then! it was like 5 years maybe more. and now i need and must change my id password. how can i do that please help. plus i need to kick who's ever playing with my apple id out for good! people are getting on my nerve with such games and accounts and even switching from my phone to theirs!

i do remember changing the password more than once and never been asked such questions before!

it was Danash15 and Ghazieh1234 and now Lebanon15.
