Message do not sync across my devices

Hi


I have 3 Apple devices


  • MacBook Air
  • iPad Air
  • iPhone 5s


Messages used to sync across each of my devices - but this stopped abruptly just before Christmas


I now have some messages on one device and not others and vice-versa


I have tried a number of suggestion on here and other forums but the problem persists


Can anyone help?

Hi,


If some devices gets iMessages sent to the Apple ID but not ones sent to the iPhone number it is likely you will have to reset everything.


Generally we are guessing about the issue you have as you have not provided enough info for us to be precise with our help.
