Hello, I run windows virtually on my mac to work with my bookkeeping program that is only supported by windows. I need to send XLS files which are stored on my mac to the virtual platform of windows. Can somebody help me with that ? Thanks

A simple way would be to email the XLS files to yourself as attachments, then download the attachments while in Windows.
Copy to a flash drive or another external drive. Copy to a cloud service (dropbox, box, etc.).
I didn't mention this before but of course since you are using Parallels, VMWare or VirtualBox, they all have shared folders you could use to transfer the files, and should have Drag n Drop. You would have to query support for the programs on how to use their features.
