Was my iPhone infedted wiith a virus?

when I openned a ceirtain page of Facebook it appeard a warning from apple saying that my iPhone had been infected with a virus that would use my personal stuff and publish it online. It also said to cklick OK to start repairing it. I simply closed safari without clicking OK. Was that ok? Is my iPone really infected? What should I do?
