I'm trying to import CDs into iTunes 12.3.2.35 for Windows 10. The CD's import fine, minus the track names and album information. Itunes HAS the albums for sale so I don't understand why it wouldn't rip all the information.
Import Cd Track names and artwork automatically is checked.
This is a new Toshiba PC and I had to buy an external CD/DVD multidrive so I could rip cds.

I see this occasionally too, best bet is Google image search and save the needed images and them import the ones needed on an album by album basis
Um...this didn't answer my question at all. My problem isn't with album artwork its ripping the cd to itunes and there is no track or album information. I would have to manually type in all the track info and whatnot.
looks like your itunes install in mangled, uninstall it and install it fresh, the library will be retained fine
