Q: Sharing movies iPad to iPad-Is it possible?

I have a 128 GB iPad Pro my kids have 16GB iPad mini 3s. On road trips, my iPad is the hotspot for them. Is there a way they can play the movies off my iPad on theirs? I obviously have more storage capacity for movies, and this would be a good feature to have.

We have Family Sharing. They have the option of downloading the movies from the cloud, but they have limited space on their iPads. I would like to use my iPad as the media storage center on the road. At home, we have a similar set up. My iMac is the iTunes server for the household.

Unfortunately, this is not possible with iPads and other iOS-devices. You're talking about Home Sharing, which is only possible with a Mac or PC with iTunes installed.
