When press Opt+Shift and release > hold Ctrl pressed (with external keyboard)

HW &SW: MacBook Pro 13" mid 2012 (non retina)

Logitech internet navigator keyboard

Microsoft Designer (bluetooth) mouse

Motu 828 mk3 hybrid (soundcard firewire)

OS X El Capitan 10.11.3

I have IT type of keyboard layout and for the brackets i need to do Shift+Opt+(key +).

When I try to do it, simply don't do it and when release Opt+Shift appear like i keep Ctrl button pressed.

This happen only when i use external USB keyboard connected.

How to solve this? Used to use external keyboard when in studio.
