My return and right shift keys are not working.

I have tried:

1. Resetting the SMC and NVRAM
2. Booting through safe mode
3. Partitioning my disc to see if it would work in the partition
4. Reinstalling OS X El Capitan v. 10.11.3

Has anyone had the same problem? Everything is working just fine, it is only my return and right shift key. The funny thing is that when I redownloaded my OS X, my enter key worked in the brief moment before reinstallation began. Does anyone know of anything that I can try? I have an appointment at a Genius Bar tomorrow but it's not like that's had great results for me in the past. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!
