What country are you in...?
In the U.S. the 2009 and earlier models use a power supply adapter.

This type of Mac mini which uses an external power supply adapter (only available from Apple) uses an IEC C5 plug and socket on that external power supply.
While Apple will originally have provided their own matching (white) cable in theory a standard C5 power lead like the following should fit.

If you can I suggest the better option would be to take your external power supply to a electrical/computer shop and see if they have a standard C5 cable and whether it fits.
Note: A lot of Dell laptop and monitor power supplies also use a C5 connector.
Another option would be to go on eBay and buy a secondhand Mac mini power supply with cable.

I also found a complete power supply and power lead set on Amazon here http://www.amazon.com/Mini-Power-Supply-Adapter-110W/dp/B001OY3TJ0 but it is fairly expensive.
What model Mac?
Do you mean the two-conductor cable?
Those are to a standard and any good computer shot will have one but it depends what the end you want on the end that connects to the wall outlet.
I live in Canada. The model number is A1283
It doesn't have a power cord, it has a power supply. And the A1283 is not the original Mac Mini. There were 6 models before that.
That is an Early 2009 model and it uses the 110w power supply adapter that I posted above.
