Can't register my macbook pro

Hi, I purchased my new macbook pro mgx92hn/a with retina display from flipkart on 23rd Jan 2016(I have upgraded to El Capitan). After that i tried to register my product but I'm not able to because apple is not able to find my serial number. Also I'm not able to send a proof , it is giving me the same error. And when i tried to update my apps on appstore that time i get this error

"This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled." . Please help me 😟 as I have purchased my laptop recently and also the laptop is brand new and I'm getting this error 😟 please help me ASAP. Thank you.
