Q: error (-1) when i try to restore my iphone

Hello, I'm trying to restore on my Iphone 5c, but I have tried many times, and always of the same error (-1), consulting the log, the bug occurs in the same place, in the Itunes crashe on  Update Firmware, not just that. I already I tried several times, with all described methods on help sites here on apple. But always i recevice thesame mistake, someone help? I will provide the error log.
