I have a new phone if i sign out of icloud on my old phone, will i lose stuff on my new phone?

My new iphone has all my stuff from my old phone on it. My sister wants my old iphone but i have not signed out of icloud yet. I have backed it all up, if i sign out of the icloud on the old phone it wont delete the stuff off my new phone, will it?
