Can I transfer all the info on one iPad to another iPad? Is this somethings I can do myself or does it need to be taken to a Apple Store.

I want to transfer all of the info from a 16gb iPad to a 64gb iPad. Both are operating on iOS 9.2.1. The 64gb has 33.5gb aviailable.

Is this something I can do myself or do I need to go to the Apple Store? Thanks
