Not able to unpair apple watch from watch app. Already reset apple watch!

There was some network problem so did reset of my iPhone settings. After that I connected my watch it showed connection but could't ping my phone or play music etc. so i did reset of my watch. Problem is the watch app shows that iPhone is already paired up not able to unpair my watch and therefore it stops me freom re-pairing my apple watch. After entering apple id to unpair it all it shows error in connection iCloud?

Apple Watch, iOS 9.2, paired with iPhone 6s
