I Have been trying to update my phone aince the update came out howwver it keeps telling me there was an error.
iPhone 5c, iOS 9.2
Are you updating over the air or using iTunes? Also, what does the error say?

I Have tried both, it says " an error has occurred downloading 9.2.1" noy sure if it said downloading but that's basically what it says.
We need the exact text of the error. An approximation is not going to help us troublshoot this for you.
