that happens when I'm trying to perchus points from Lumba app on Apple store
Apple is not here. You can contact iTunes Support if you have an issue with charges for iTunes purchases.
Be aware, that most purchases are preceded by what is called an "Authorization Hold", which is a nominal transaction (.99 or 1.00) that is sent to your Credit Card company or Bank to verify that the charge will be honored. Authorization Holds are not debited from your account, and they fall off - usually after 24 hours.
