Reset security answers
i do not know answers to the security questions and I do not have rescue email. Furthermore there is no Apple support office in my country. How to reset my answers to security questions ?

The country that you are in is the country that you have on your iTunes account ? If it is then try contacting Support via this form : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
