Delete s.th

Hi I have problem with delete s.th in my mac.

Let me explain what I did:

At first I used alt-command-delete but it shows me: (error -50).

Then I tried to delete it with terminal with this order:

sudo rm -R

sudo rm -Rf

rm -Rf

But I still couldn't delete this file.

What I have to do for delete it?

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10)

What is s.th? And Where is it?

Your above commands have no target. Remove what?

Ok I have some idea but may the won't work out so I need some information.

First idea: I want to move the file name "NUL" to a flash USB and then format the flash USB.

But there is only on problem: I can not cut it because cut mean: copy file and after past remove the original.

But the original can't is not removable. So I need on way to drag it and move it to flash USB.

The thing I need is: a way to remove "+" when I drag the file and want to past it to USB drive. (Command mean cut so I need other way)

Second idea: Take a backup and at first don't backup the "NUL" file. (That's 100% work).
