windows 8 on bootcamp and mbr or gpt

hello

i still no windows in my mac cause i can't install windows 8 in mac with bootcamp

when i lunch bootcamp and pass to install win 8 i can't select the bootcamp partition cause it is in mbr format

so please help me how can i do

or how can i install windows xp in macbook pro mid 2010 15" with mac os x el capitan
