Logic Pro X Orchestral and Music for Picture templates not available

I am unable to find these templates on my hard drive or in the menu of available templates. I have installed all the additional content. How do I get these templates to show in the menu when I create a new file? I am using Logic Pro X 10.2.1 on OSX 10.10.5.
