Problem with synching notes

I suddenly got a problem with syncing my notes from my iPhone 6s to my Macbook Air. I have turned it off a on again on both devices, but they still wont sync.

Also, my Macbook does not appear in my "device list", off devices using my Apple-Id.

Anyone else having this problem or a solution?
