Unless I'm completely missing something very obvious I can't gift playlists any longer.
Has this feature really been removed?
A simple functionality that delivers money to Apple?
If it has been completely removed please does anybody know why?
And also how on earth do we try and get them to bring it back?

In the past, the iTunes Store offered a few different versions of "Gift This Playlist," "Gift This iMix," etc. I haven't seen any of them in quite some time, nor an announcement of why they are no longer offered.
And also how on earth do we try and get them to bring it back?
