Q: How do I remove Music player from the Control Center!

The Control Center (swipe up at Home screen) has a Music player control in it. I want that thing out of there. I rarely play music on my iPhone. And I find this thing does pocket play. I find music playing that I did not ask for. And the Music app does not appear when I double click the home button. Is the Controil panel customizable? If so, how? Or do I have to live with this beca some IU designer at Apple thinks it's so cool we have no choice.

The Control Center is not user configurable. Submit your feature requests to Apple using this link:

Appreciate the quick reply Meg! Glad to know it is not just my inability to find the Configure feature.

Do you know where the music is coming from? Is it files on my phone or from the cloud? Oh wait, it still plays in airplane mode so it is files

At least it's not using bandwidth, just juice.
