It is likely failed or incorrect RAM. Apple does not publish these codes but that is where I would start.

Yes, replace the RAM or troubleshoot which DIMM is creating the problem. Troubleshooting is done by trial and error of removing each DIMM and treating the computer until you determine which one is causing the problem.
