recurring problem with iPhone 6 photo's not syncing to Win7 iCloud control panel photo stream iBlaBla

Photostream on windows pc never worked well. Sometimes it does and mostly it doesn't. It always tends to get screwed up somehow. Photos do not anymore appear in my pc's photostream folder!

In windows, I unchecked all options in the icloud control panel and hit save

then, I signed out of icloud control panel

uninstalled control panel

rebooted my pc

disabled ******* stream on iphone as well as ipad

reinstalled icloud control panel (run as admin)

enabled photosteam on iphone as well as ipad

still no pictures loaded into my windows folders!

Apple, get this ******* fixed!! I am looking out for smartphone and tablet alternatives to move away from apple. I have had too many issues. People tend to say that once you start with apple, your problems will be over and no more microsoft bugs blabla. That's ********! With apple you have problems as well, just look how many posts there are in this forum!! all problems problems, problems goddammit!!
