Green-blue spots and lines on Screen

Hi,

I have a mid-2014 13'' Macbook Pro Retina.

Over the past few days, I have observed random green spots on the screen that appear from the login screen after I've entered my password and the desktop is loading. This persists randomly all over the screen, and is very persistent while watching videos or photos.

I have done multiple NVRAM resets that haven't helped. Also, black lines appear on Safari. I have uninstalled Chrome since that was suggested on another post, but that hasn't helped. A different profile on the same partition also led to the same problems.

Help!
