Switching keys function for window bluetooth keyboard?

I just bought a Window Designer Bluetooth keyboard, I was wondering how can I switch the function for some keys.

I want the Window key = Alt/Option key
and Alt key = Command key on the window keyboard.

I have a Macbook Retina late 2013. I've tried using the modifier keys on the system perference but only seems to change keys on my macbook but not the keyboard.
