I am having serious problems with the time/clock on my iphone 5c. I have tried from updating using iTunes,
restoring my phone to factory settings with and without backup, setting the time manually, automatic and it seems
to be getting worst because now when I set the time manually it stays on the set time whenever the phone is
locked. Can someone please help me,

HI, I can't help you but I have exactly the same issue. Have you recently downloaded the latest version of IOS. I have and I cant find a way to solve it.

What happens when you have the device time selected as Automatic? That time then comes from the cellular provider. If you are experiencing time issues with the device and a restore to factory and not adding any additional content still shows the same behavior, then you need to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple store to have the hardware examined by Apple.
I'm having the exact same issue, have doe EVERYTHING and it won't keep time as soon as it goes into sleep mode - has anyone taken their phone to appple? What was the response?
