I am unable to re-download snapchat

Hi,

After deleting Snapchat a few weeks ago off my phone, I am unable to re-download snapchat. Any other app has not given me any issue, but on my iPhone 5 it shows the cloud, and when pressed briefly looks to start download and stops. Any suggestions?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.1, Snapchat
